We’re Michelle and Paige, the gals behind The Lab Collective.
Our story began almost 15 years ago where we met in our first year of College. Surviving endless studying and group projects must have brought us close together because all these years later we have stayed best pals! After years of hospital work, rotating shifts and working short staffed on the daily, we decided that enough is enough! We need a lifelong career that will bring us fulfilment, love, passion, and connections with amazing people. Our nerdy backgrounds, our fascination with the science behind skin treatments, and our love for helping others is what inspired us to create this space. It is where we get to share our passion with you through thoughtful treatments and personalized care. The Lab Collective is built on friendship and a love of skin and science. Michelle is a Laboratory Technician turned Medical Aesthetician. With over 10 years experience in the medical field, Michelle brings a deep level of knowledge, precision, and care into her practice. Michelle’s passion for aesthetic medicine began through her own personal skin journey, which has inspired her to help others feel confident, empowered, and like the best version of themselves.

Paige is a registered practical nurse and nurse injector with eight years of nursing experience, a background in mental health, and over five years dedicated to aesthetic medicine. Her passion for aesthetics began with her own experience as a client in the treatment chair. Today, she combines a keen eye for facial balancing with extensive knowledge of skin health and a thoughtful approach to help her clients feel how beautiful they are.
